Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home located in Cherokee County. The work includes carpentry, drywall and finish, electrical, flooring, paint and finish, and plumbing. The project must be completed within 15 working days, and the home has tested positive for ACM. Bidders must adhere to safe work practices and comply with Tribal rules and regulations.
• The project requires a Mandatory Bid Response sheet and Work Write Up to be fully completed.
• Bidders must provide proof of TERO certification to receive preference.
• The successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
• The project is subject to Section 7(b) of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act.
• The bidder must have all fees and paperwork submitted to TERO for a contract/P.O. to be considered fully executed.
