Description
Chatham County is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide synthetic turf replacement at the Memorial Stadium. The project consists of replacing the existing synthetic field and other improvements to Memorial Stadium, including removal and replacement of the existing synthetic turf and infill system, installation of new ball netting, and extension of a domestic water line. The project shall be completed within 180 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
• The project includes alternates for a removable section of turf and turf landscape beds.
• The contract will be a lump sum contract.
• The project manual and plans are available on the County's Purchasing Portal.
• Bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference scheduled for August 20, 2026.
