Description
The USDA is seeking to procure one 20-22 ft welded aluminum outboard boat and trailer, with an option for one additional boat and trailer, to support Wildlife Services operations. The boats must meet specific salient characteristics, including brand, model, fuel tank size, beam, side height, and more. The trailers must also meet specific requirements, including brand, model, axles, material, brakes, and lighting. Offerors must provide pricing for all items, and the Government will evaluate quotes based on technical acceptability, delivery, price, and past performance.
• The boats and trailers must be delivered F.O.B. destination to the USDA Wildlife Services in Moses Lake, WA.
• The contract will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order.
• The Government intends to make one award from this solicitation.
• The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance and meet all technical, performance, and safety requirements.
• The contractor must also comply with all applicable Federal laws and regulations, including those related to anti-discrimination and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
