Auctioneer Services for Greenwood County Public Auction

The County of Greenwood is seeking proposals from qualified South Carolina licensed auctioneers to organize, advertise, and hold an auction for vehicles, equipment, and materials. The selected auctioneer will be responsible for organizing items to be auctioned, advertising the auction, recording all bids and processing payments, and providing payment to the county after deducting their auctioneer fee. The auctioneer must be located within a reasonable distance of the property to adequately conduct pre-auction activities. • The auction will be held in Greenwood County, SC. • The auctioneer must provide a list of all methods of advertisement to be used to advertise the proposed auction. • The auctioneer must have a valid and current South Carolina Auctioneer license. • The auctioneer must comply with all applicable provisions of The Drug-free Workplace Act. • The auctioneer must provide insurance as stated in the RFP.
