JPMC RFP - Cloud Managed Svcs Provider

The State of Illinois, Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT), is seeking a cloud managed services provider to enable and mature processes and tools, automate, manage, and optimize the expanded use of midrange cloud hosting for the State of Illinois. The contract will be for professional services and expertise. The key requirements include a project management plan, requirements management plan, monthly status reports, deliverable expectation documents, and enhancement/release schedules. • The provider should have experience in cloud managed services and be able to provide a team with the necessary skills and expertise. • The provider should be able to automate, manage, and optimize the expanded use of midrange cloud hosting. • The provider should be able to provide monthly status reports and deliverable expectation documents. • The provider should be able to provide enhancement/release schedules. • The provider should be able to work with the State of Illinois to establish a joint purchase master contract.
