Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a qualified contractor to replace a failed Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) controller at a generator site. The existing controller will be removed, a new unit installed, wired, programmed, and fully tested. Upon completion the generator controller will be left in automatic mode with all breakers closed, and an on‑site inspection is required before final acceptance.
• Remove the defective ATS controller and dispose of it per applicable regulations.
• Supply, install, wire, and program a new ATS controller compatible with the existing generator system.
• Perform operational testing to verify correct operation and set the controller to auto mode with all breakers closed.
• Coordinate a mandatory on‑site inspection between April 2‑6, 2026 (9:00 am‑10:00 am) and call ahead before the visit.
• Provide all documentation and certifications required by the State’s Quick‑Quote terms.
