Description
The City of Laconia is seeking proposals for the supply of SETCOM wireless communications equipment, including LiberatorMAX Wireless Headset Intercom Systems and Motorola APX 6000 radio interface accessories. The proposed solution should meet the requirements and specifications outlined in the RFP. Interested firms are encouraged to submit two proposals in a sealed envelope to the City of Laconia Purchasing Department by 2:30 PM on August 13, 2026.
• The proposal should include the price for the required equipment, including 6 LiberatorMAX Wireless Headset Intercom Systems and 2 Portable Radio Adapter Cables.
• The proposal should also include information about the vendor's experience, qualifications, and certifications.
• The City of Laconia reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or any part thereof, to waive any formality in the process, and to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the City.
