Respondents must detail their capabilities, socioeconomic status, fuel types offered, geographic coverage, refinery status, and prior experience with the Direct Delivery Ground Fuels Program. • Products include Avgas, biodiesel, multiple ULSD grades, ethanol (E85), various gasoline blends, kerosene, marine gas oil, and fuel oils (NSN listed for each).
