Walk-In Freezer for Aviation

The purpose of this Invitation For Bid (IFB) is to seek bids to furnish, deliver, and install a walk-in freezer for GTCC’s Aviation Program. The walk-in freezer must meet the minimum standards as outlined in the solicitation. The contract resulting from this solicitation intends to provide sustainability features in accordance with industry standards. • The walk-in freezer should be able to maintain a temperature of -10°F. • The floor should be suitable for heavier foot traffic and hand carts. • The approximate size of the walk-in freezer should be 9' 8" x 11' 7" x 7' 6-1/4". • The walk-in freezer should have an interior ramp and interior lighting. • The vendor should provide comprehensive support via phone, email, etc. for at least 2 years. • The vendor should be authorized by the manufacturer to distribute or resell the products and/or maintenance offered in this IFB. • The vendor should provide a signed statement from the manufacturer confirming authorization upon request from the agency.
