Description
The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) is seeking a contractor to redesign its website. The new website should be user-friendly, accessible, and provide a positive customer experience. The contractor will be responsible for designing, building, hosting, and maintaining the website, as well as providing training and support to SMART staff. The website should include features such as trip planning, real-time information, route landing pages, fares, and online purchasing. The contractor should have experience in designing websites for transit agencies and should be able to provide a comprehensive proposal that meets the requirements outlined in the RFP.
