Description
The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) is conducting market research for a future contract to manage the full lifecycle of seized and forfeited jewelry, art, antiques, and collectibles (JAAC) across all U.S. districts and territories. Respondents are asked to submit capability statements, complete a questionnaire, and provide estimated rates for the services outlined in the draft Statement of Work. The effort will encompass transportation, intake, appraisal/authentication, secure storage, and disposal (including auctions, destruction, or return to owners) of high‑value assets.
• Required capabilities: staff expertise, in‑house capacity, prior similar project experience, and proven government contract performance.
• Deliverables: a detailed capability statement, completed JAAC RFI Questionnaire (Qualtrics link), and a pricing schedule with rates entered only in highlighted cells.
• Deadline: all responses due by 21 Oct 2026, 10:00 am EDT, submitted to the contracting officer and contract specialist via email.
