Portable Restroom Services for Plaza Park

The Town of Los Gatos is seeking a contractor to provide portable restroom services for Plaza Park. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing, delivering, installing, servicing, maintaining, and removing a portable restroom unit that meets the minimum standards specified in the RFP. The unit should be trailer-mounted or semi-permanent, fully enclosed, and have an interior-mounted handwashing station, interior lighting, slip-resistant flooring, adequate ventilation, lockable doors, and occupancy indicators. The contractor will also be responsible for providing on-call servicing and responding to high-use periods, special events, or unscheduled needs. The evaluation criteria for this RFP include responsiveness and responsibleness, firm qualifications, expertise, and experience, proposal price, and references. • The contractor must have at least three years of experience providing similar services. • The contractor must have the necessary licenses and certifications to perform the work. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance compliance documentation and other necessary credentials. • The contractor must be able to respond to Town inquiries and provide additional information as needed. • The contractor must be able to provide a completed W9 form and other necessary documentation.
