The City of Cleveland is soliciting sealed bids for a set of water‑supply appliance components (gaskets, valve kits, hose assemblies, etc.) to be supplied and delivered to municipal facilities. The bid package must include the standard RFB form, terms & conditions, and two mandatory compliance affidavits (Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices and Wage‑Theft Disclosure).
