The project involves replacing 10 entry door storefront systems at housing units 1-5 within Ionia Correctional Facility. The existing doors are heavily worn and salt damaged. The exterior doors contain electrified hardware and some minor alarm routing work. The contractor must figure its base bid on the specified materials and equipment only, and no "or equal" or substitution proposals will be permitted after bid opening.
