Description
The City of Salinas is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide city-wide parking enforcement services. The selected provider will be responsible for issuing parking citations, managing parking enforcement personnel, and working with the City's Citation Processing and Administrative Review contractor. The contract term will be three years with an opportunity to extend for two additional one-year terms. The City is looking for a firm that can provide efficient and professional parking enforcement operations, improve revenue collection, and strengthen on-street parking management in commercial areas and residential permit parking districts.
