Minnesota State University, Mankato seeks a qualified vendor to replace the existing dishwasher in the University Dining Center’s dishroom. The scope includes supplying a Hobart FT2000 Flight‑Type commercial dishwasher (base model with advanced diagnostics, Wi‑Fi, SmartConnect app, and ENERGY STAR certification) and delivering a full turnkey installation. Required services encompass removal and disposal of the existing unit, all necessary mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and duct‑work modifications, final testing, staff training, provision of shop drawings, O&M manuals, and an additional six‑month warranty at no extra charge.
