DEMOLITION OF RADAR EQUIPMENT BUILDING PROJECT NO. 23032

The City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge are seeking bids for the demolition of a radar equipment building located at the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport. The project includes the complete demolition of the building, including the building slab, and all utilities shall be capped at the nearest branch point. The site shall be filled and left in a condition that mitigates erosion. The building is approximately 1,000 square feet, not including the surrounding site improvements. • The project is located in the airside portion of the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. • The decommissioned building is a radar equipment building located on the World War II airstrip. • All bidders must comply with the State Licensing Law for Contractors and the Louisiana Unified Certification Program. • The City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
