Budget estimate

$80,000 – $150,000

The solicitation limits the contract to “Discretionary procurements less than $150,000.” Typical roof‑replacement projects of this size for a medium‑scale institutional building range from $80,000 to $150,000 depending on material grades, labor rates (including prevailing‑wage premiums), and any unforeseen repairs. Because the agency requires a 1‑year warranty and strict compliance with prevailing‑wage schedules, the higher end of the range is realistic for contractors with higher labor costs.
