60s Terminal Demolition

The City of Killeen is seeking bids for the demolition of the 60s Terminal at the Skylark Field Airport. The project includes the removal of the existing terminal building and other structures. Bidders must provide complete and accurate responses to all questions, including any required confirmations and the upload of all specified supporting documents. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities. The project may be funded in whole or in part by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) or Home Investment Partnerships Act (HOME Program). • The bid submission deadline is November 20, 2025, at 2:00 pm. • A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 4, 2025, at 10:00 am. • Bid questions must be submitted by November 6, 2025, at 2:00 pm. • The city will notify the successful contractor of their intent to award the contract. • The contractor must provide insurance as specified in the specifications and terms and conditions. • The contractor must maintain current emergency contact information.
