Description
The City of Trenton is seeking proposals for Raw Water Intake Improvements at the Trenton Water Filtration Plant. The project includes a pre-proposal meeting, site visit, and virtual proposal opening. The scope of work involves improving the raw water intake system, including the design and installation of new equipment. The contract will be awarded for a period of 36 months.
• The proposal must include a technical approach, project management plan, staffing plan, and fee proposal.
• The contractor must comply with the requirements of P.L.1975, c.127, and provide an Affirmative Action Employee Information Report.
• The contractor must also comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and provide a certification of non-debarment for federal government contracts.
• The proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope with five hard copies and one electronic copy.
• The deadline for questions is December 23, 2025, and the submission deadline is January 9, 2026.
