Description
The Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) is seeking a contractor to provide dental services for a period of 9 months, from January 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The contractor will be required to provide a range of dental services, including diagnostic, preventive, restorative, and denture-related services. The contractor must have an unexpired SAM.gov registration and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) before contract award may be made.
• The contract will be a firm fixed price contract.
• The contractor must adhere to the Quotation Instructions included within the solicitation.
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and supplies.
• The contractor must have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the required dental services.
• The contractor will be evaluated based on their price, qualifications, and experience.
