6515--Patient Ceiling Lift Systems

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from vendors who can provide Patient Ceiling Lift Systems for the Portland VA Medical Center. The systems must meet specific salient characteristics, including a load capacity of 600 lbs, batteries with a minimum of 2.1 Ah, and a lifting speed of at least 1.5 inches/second. The contractor must provide design, installation, and training services, as well as a plan for modifying existing structural, mechanical, electrical, and other infrastructure systems if necessary. The contractor must also provide a courtesy market research quote to evaluate price reasonableness.
