Description
The San Bernardino County Department of Public Works is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide on-call construction materials inspection and testing services for various transportation and flood control projects. The selected consultants will be required to provide services on an as-needed basis, and the contracts will be for a maximum of five years. The scope of work includes testing and construction observation for quality assurance and conformance to provided specifications of soil, aggregate, sand, asphalt concrete, portland cement concrete, masonry blocks, reinforcing steel bars, structural steel, structural fasteners, and similar construction materials.
