Description
The State of West Virginia is issuing a direct‑award (sole‑source) solicitation for ongoing maintenance, support, and data‑quality services for the West Virginia Statewide Immunization Information System (WVSIIS). The contract covers two consecutive fiscal years and includes:
• MyIR Consumer Support and Matching package (Year 1 and Year 2)
• Complete Interoperability Operations (Year 1 and Year 2)
• Ongoing Data Quality Monitoring for HL7 Providers (Year 1 and Year 2)
The vendor will provide software support, system integration, and data validation services to ensure the immunization registry remains functional, secure, and interoperable with external health‑care providers. Deliverables are defined on a yearly basis with associated pricing per line item.
