Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking bids for the provision of drawer slides. The solicitation includes 14 different types of drawer slides with varying quantities. Bidders are required to provide pricing that is inclusive of all shipping and delivery charges. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the specified brands and models of drawer slides. The bid submission should include completed bid information, best price, and best delivery.
• The bid must be submitted by January 14, 2026.
• The bidder must provide descriptive literature for any proposed alternate brands or specifications.
• The bidder must comply with the terms and conditions set out in Attachment A.
• The Finance and Administration Cabinet reserves the right to deem the vendor ineligible if they fail to comply with the provisions of the solicitation.
