The GSA OASIS+ Unrestricted IDIQ is a continuously‑open, multi‑agency contract vehicle that allows vendors to submit a single proposal for any of 13 functional domains (e.g., Management & Advisory, Technical & Engineering, Research & Development, Logistics, Environmental, etc.). Offerors must be SAM‑registered and submit proposals through the OASIS+ Submission Portal. The solicitation has no fixed award timeline; task orders are issued on a rolling basis as agency needs arise, with a base period of five years, one five‑year option, and a possible six‑month extension. Contractors must meet domain‑specific qualification thresholds (minimum credit scores) and comply with extensive reporting, C‑SCRM, DEI, and subcontracting requirements.
