Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential sources for the provision of a three-stall restroom trailer that is ADA compliant. The trailer will be located at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston, SC. The vendor will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and maintaining the trailer, as well as providing waste removal and janitorial services. The trailer must meet specific requirements, including having a separate utility closet, heating and cooling capability, and mechanical cypher locks.
• The trailer must be 20 feet long x 12 feet wide to fit local site conditions.
• Each stall must have lighting, toilets, sinks, and other amenities that meet ADA requirements.
• The vendor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to furnish, install, and maintain the trailer.
• The vendor must also provide waste removal and janitorial services, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
