LS-13 Rehabilitation and Site Upgrades

The City of Jacksonville Beach is seeking bids for the rehabilitation and site upgrades of Lift Station 13 (LS-13). The scope of work includes temporary bypassing operations, equipment and structure demolition, installation of new pumps, piping, valves, and other ancillary equipment. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, services, and incidentals to complete all work required by the specifications and drawings. The project requires the contractor to perform the work complete, in place, and ready for continuous service, including repairs, testing, permits, cleanup, replacements, and restoration. • The project is located on the east side of Fairway Lane in Jacksonville Beach. • The scope of work includes rehabilitation of the existing duplex lift station. • The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, services, and incidentals to complete all work. • The project requires the contractor to perform the work complete, in place, and ready for continuous service. • The contractor must be able to exhibit to the City that they can perform a minimum of 30% of the total contract work with their own labor workforce.
