Description
The USDA is seeking a contractor to conduct a plant survey in the Ottawa National Forest. The survey will focus on identifying Regional Forester's Sensitive plants, State of Michigan listed plants, and other plants of potential viability concern. The contractor will be responsible for surveying specified areas of the forest and providing a report on their findings. The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed price contract with a one-year base period and no option periods. The contractor must have experience with botany field surveys and knowledge of the flora of the upper Midwest.
• The contractor must provide a technical capability statement outlining their qualifications and experience.
• The contractor must provide pricing for all items listed in the Schedule of Items.
• The contractor must have an active entity registration in the System for Award Management.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws and the Equal Protection principles of the U.S. Constitution.
