Description
The City of Roswell, Georgia is requesting bids to provide construction and general contractor services for the Liberty Square Park Revitalization Project. The project includes the construction of new amenities and improvements, such as storm drainage, flood control devices, and irrigation systems. The contractor must provide all personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, and means of transportation necessary to complete the work. The project must be completed within 334 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
• The project is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act Improving Neighborhood Outcomes in Disproportionately Impacted Communities Grant Program.
• The contractor must have experience in park construction within a floodplain and must provide a copy of their General Contracting License.
• The contractor must submit a Cost Proposal with a breakdown of billable rates and must provide a Bid Bond.
• The City of Roswell reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award in the best interest of the City.
