J--Lowell National Historical Park - Elevator Mainten

The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to provide elevator maintenance and battery services at the Lowell National Historical Park. The contract will require the contractor to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements of elevator components, as well as provide callback services. The contractor must comply with prevailing wage requirements and provide documentation of employee pay. The contract will also require the contractor to perform annual safety testing and five-year full-load testing, with the latter being treated as a separately billable service. • The contractor must provide maintenance services in accordance with applicable code requirements, manufacturer recommendations, and the frequencies identified in the solicitation documents. • The contractor must provide proof of licensing and applicable certifications. • The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance. • The contractor must submit a completed pricing schedule, signed amendments, technical proposal, and completed representations and certifications.
