Civil Construction Related to Property Abatement and Demo

The purpose of this Bid is to secure the services of a Contractor to perform and manage property abatement, demolition, decommissioning, asbestos abatement, and related civil construction work for Pierce County. The initial contract amount is estimated to be $500,000.00, not including WA State Sales Tax. The Contractor will be assigned work by Work Orders, with each Work Order addressing the scope of work and time of completion. The work will be performed on a time and material basis, and the County does not guarantee any minimum amount of work.
