Colby Community College seeks a qualified vendor to design, fabricate, and either install (Base Bid) or supply only (Alternate #1) a custom indoor netting enclosure for its baseball/softball hitting cages. The system must cover a 94 ft × 45 ft × 21‑31 ft volume, include #42 gauge netting, two movable dividers, all necessary hardware, and shipping to the campus. Bids must exclude sales tax, reflect the college’s tax‑exempt status, and may be submitted electronically or by sealed paper envelope. The college will evaluate bids at its board meeting on October 21, 2019.
