Description
The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement is seeking qualified vendors for the abatement and demolition of residential properties. The work includes asbestos material removal, hazardous materials removal, demolition, debris removal, backfill, grading, and seeding. Vendors must submit a quote that includes a price sheet, professional rate schedule, and signature page. The city reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor, all groups to one vendor, or any combination of groups to a particular vendor.
• The city will evaluate quotes based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid price, considering local preferences.
• Vendors must be prequalified by the City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement.
• The scope of services includes demolition of residential properties, and vendors must thoroughly review and understand the scope of services prior to submitting a quote.
• The city reserves the right to modify the services provided by the respondent awarded a contract.
