AUBURN AND GATE NEW RTU INSTALLATION

The Avondale School District is seeking bids for the Auburn Head End and Gate Magnet new RTU Installation project. The project includes all labor, material, equipment, and services to complete the installation. The project is subject to Prevailing Wage requirements per Michigan Public Act 10 of 2023. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and include a sworn and notarized familial affidavit. Bids over $31,321 must be accompanied by a certified cashier's check or a U.S. treasury listed security bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. • The project requires compliance with Michigan-based Business preference. • The project is subject to Prevailing Wage requirements. • Bids must be firm for a period of ninety (90) days. • Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond.
