The Daviess County Fiscal Court is seeking a vendor to provide annual wood‑grinding services at two county solid‑waste sites. The contractor must supply all equipment, labor, fuel, maintenance, and transportation (unless using Bid Option 1, which excludes haul‑away) to grind and dispose of approximately 2,200 tons of wood debris each year, completing the work within a 15‑day window after the start date. The contract runs from October 1 2026 through June 30 2027, with the possibility of up to four one‑year extensions.
