Budget estimate

$260,000 – $720,000

The estimated budget for this contract can be determined by considering the annual estimated quantities of the chemicals required. For sodium hypochlorite, the estimated quantity is between 1,000 to 4,000 gallons for the Globe Hollow Water Treatment Plant and between 500 to 2,500 gallons for the swimming pools. For magnesium hydroxide, the estimated quantity is between 3,000 and 6,000 gallons. Assuming an average price of $2 per gallon for sodium hypochlorite and $1 per pound for magnesium hydroxide, the estimated total budget for the contract term would be between $200,000 and $600,000 for sodium hypochlorite and between $60,000 and $120,000 for magnesium hydroxide, totaling between $260,000 and $720,000. Therefore, the estimated budget range is $260,000 to $720,000.
