The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking interested Small Business 8(a) Firms to provide Construction Management Services (CMS) and Quality Assurance (QA) in support of the Arlington National Cemetery Southern Expansion Phase II and Phase III. The scope of the project includes the construction of a new Operations Complex, infrastructure development, and horizontal and vertical construction to increase burial space. The required services include civil, mechanical, electrical, architectural, structural, horticultural, and landscaping disciplines. * The project is part of a multi-project program to extend the cemetery. * The construction contracts are pending award or have been awarded. * The required services include construction management, quality assurance, and specialized disciplines such as cost estimating and scheduling. * Interested firms must have active 8(a) certification, be qualified as a small business under NAICS 541330, and have specialized experience performing CMS and QA for DoD agencies.
