Description
The Anaheim Elementary School District (AESD) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to pre‑qualify a limited number of full‑service consulting firms for geotechnical and geo‑hazard engineering services. Qualified firms will support a variety of district projects, including Measure G and Measure J school construction, reconstruction, modernization, alterations, new multipurpose buildings, and other special projects. The solicitation is a pre‑qualification stage; successful firms will be placed on a qualified vendor list for future task orders.
• Scope: site investigations, subsurface reporting, hazard assessments, design support, construction‑phase services for K‑6 school facilities throughout Anaheim, CA.
• Submission: sealed SOQ package, ≤15‑page narrative (per Addendum 1) plus required exhibits (A‑I) not counted toward page limit.
• Deadline: 2:00 p.m. March 19 2026; no extensions.
