NCRY BAS JACE 9000 Replacement

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the existing Building Automation System (BAS) supervisory controllers at New Carrollton Yard Buildings A and B. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing, installing, and commissioning replacement JACE 9000 supervisory controllers, as well as providing full integration into the Niagara network. The scope of work includes device-level configuration, alarms, trends, and equipment graphics. The contractor will also be required to provide training for up to 15 personnel for two days and deliver as-built drawings and final documentation in PDF and hard copy format.
