The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price contract to Medtronic USA, Inc. for maintenance and repair services on four Medtronic imaging and navigation systems (O‑Arm, Stealth, Autoguide, Visualase) located at the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center in Richmond, VA. The VA has determined Medtronic is the only capable source and requires that all parts be new OEM items with proper authorization. Submissions are to be sent via email by the response deadline; no formal solicitation will be released.
• Scope: Preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, and parts replacement for O‑Arm, Stealth, Autoguide, and Visualase systems.
