Description
The Maple Run Unified School District is seeking a mechanical contractor to replace two grease traps located in the kitchen of the Fairfield Central School. The project includes saw-cutting the concrete floor, removing the old grease traps, and installing new ones. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and ensuring that the work is completed in accordance with the contract documents. The project is expected to start on June 23, 2026, and be substantially completed by August 11, 2026.
• The contractor must have experience with similar projects and must be able to work in an occupied facility.
• The contractor must provide a detailed construction schedule and coordinate with other contractors working on the project.
