Budget estimate

$1,500,000 – $6,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Similar community‑center management contracts in large U.S. cities typically range from $400,000 to $800,000 per year, depending on program breadth, staffing levels, and facility size. Assuming a mid‑range annual budget of $600,000 over the three‑year base term, the total contract value would be approximately $1.8 million. With the optional extensions (up to seven additional years), the ceiling could approach $5 million. Therefore, a reasonable estimate for the base award is $1.5 million to $2.5 million, with a potential maximum of $5 million‑$6 million if all extensions are exercised.
