The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price procurement to E3 Diagnostics, Inc. for two brand‑name audiology/vestibular diagnostic systems (Interacoustics Eclipse EP25 and Micromedical/Interacoustics VE525 VNG) to replace legacy equipment at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport, LA. The contractor must supply, ship, install, configure, integrate with the OtoAccess database, verify, train VA staff, and provide warranty support. The effort is performed under an existing IDIQ contract (36C10X25D0005) with a period of performance of roughly 30‑35 days after delivery.
