Post Falls High School Fieldhouse

The Post Falls School District #273 is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed contractors for the construction of a new, multi-purpose Fieldhouse at Post Falls High School. The project consists of the construction of a 9,440 square-foot facility designed to support athletic programs and physical education. Key components include a 118’ x 60’ main building with attached and open 20’ x 118’ lean-to, 118’ x 80’ concrete floor, wood frame, metal roof, insulated, 3 overhead garage doors plus 5 exterior man doors. The project also includes bid alternates for interior framing and finishes for storage, electrical and heater design and installation, and artificial turf installation. • The project requires a completed bid certification form and the ability to provide payment and performance bonds, insurance, and applicable licenses to perform work within Idaho. • Bids will be evaluated and awarded based on price, proposed schedule, and relevant experience and references. • All questions, correspondence, and RFP submissions must be submitted through Public Purchase.
