Description
The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas is soliciting proposals to provide treatment services, including substance use treatment, mental health treatment, and urine collection/testing, for federal defendants and persons under supervision. The selected vendor will provide services within the Eastern District of Texas, specifically in the Lufkin area. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for an additional 4 years. The vendor must have a physical site within the catchment area and provide services that meet the requirements outlined in the solicitation. Key services include:
• Substance use assessments and counseling
• Urine collection, testing, and reporting
• Mental health treatment
• Sex offender specific evaluation/treatment/testing
• Residential substance use treatment
The vendor must also comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and maintain confidentiality of defendant/person under supervision services.
