Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide pipette calibration services for the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences. The supplier must possess and maintain accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 in the field of calibration for on-site testing and on-site calibration of pipettes. The contract will be from the time of award until September 30, 2026. The supplier will need to travel to the labs for on-site calibration. The State of Alabama reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications, including manufacturer's reseller authorization, professional licenses, and certificates of insurance.
• The supplier must provide single channel pipette calibration level 3, 5 readings, 3 volumes, and a calibration certificate.
• The supplier must be accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
• The supplier must attach a copy of their ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation certificate to their bid response.
• The State of Alabama will consider the supplier's budget when processing an award.
