Formwork for Concrete Walls

The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the one-time purchase of formwork for concrete walls for use in WVDOH projects throughout the state of West Virginia. The formwork must be constructed of steel Falsework with 1/2" Plywood oiled Formwork and must be of a hand-placed design. The vendor must provide all necessary materials to complete the formwork, including panels, fillers, corners, wedge bolts, waler hardware, stiff backs, scaffold brackets, and turnbuckles. The formwork must meet the mandatory requirements specified in the solicitation. Some key points to consider are: • The formwork must be delivered within 30 working days after receiving an ADO or notice to proceed. • The vendor must provide a bid price for each contract item listed in the Pricing Pages. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the contract items meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost. • The vendor must accept payment in accordance with the payment procedures of the State of West Virginia.
