The City of Hopewell is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive Operation, Maintenance, and Management (OM&M) services for the Hopewell Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and its associated facilities. The selected firm will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while maintaining full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. The key objectives of this contract include maintaining reliable and environmentally compliant plant operations, providing effective staffing, maintenance, and operational oversight, implementing industry-recognized best practices, and supporting long-term sustainability and continuous improvement of WWTP functions.
