Description
The City of Redondo Beach is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive day‑to‑day management, maintenance, and operational services for the Redondo Beach Marina under a three‑year contract with an option to extend. The scope includes general marina management, on‑site office staffing, operational planning, lease administration, boat hoist operation, facility maintenance, emergency and safety services, security, financial management, and future boat‑launch operations. The firm must staff a marina manager, maintain compliance with labor, insurance, and prevailing‑wage requirements, and submit regular performance reports. An optional pre‑proposal site walk is scheduled, and questions are due prior to the submission deadline.
